Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

Answers to the most common questions about VietFluent lessons in Saigon. Anything missing? Just message Nia — she's happy to help.

Where do lessons take place?

In-person lessons take place at 230/17 Pasteur, Xuân Hoà, Ho Chi Minh City (District 3). Online lessons are held over your preferred video call platform (Google Meet, Zoom, or similar).

Should I choose online or in-person lessons?

It's up to you. In-person lessons in Saigon are 500.000 ₫ per lesson and give the fullest cultural experience — you meet Nia face-to-face and can practice speaking in a real environment. Online lessons are 400.000 ₫ per lesson and are perfect if you live outside Vietnam, have a busy schedule, or prefer learning from home. Both use the same personalized approach and southern accent focus.

How long is each lesson?

Each lesson is 60 minutes. This is the ideal duration to make real progress without feeling mentally tired from a new language.

What level do I need to be?

Any level is welcome — from complete beginner (no Vietnamese at all) to intermediate learners who want to polish their southern accent and expand their skills.

Can I try before I buy a package?

Yes! Book a trial lesson first. It's a 45-minute introduction lesson where you and Nia get to know each other, assess your level, and see if it's a good fit.

How do I pay?

Payment details are sorted directly with Nia when you book. Vietnamese bank transfer, cash, and international transfer options are available.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a lesson?

Life happens. For in-person lessons, please give Nia at least 24 hours notice. For online lessons, please cancel at least 12 hours before. Just message Nia on WhatsApp and reschedule to another time within your package validity.

How do the package discounts work?

The bigger the pack, the lower the per-lesson rate. 10-lesson packs are at the standard rate, 20-lesson packs save 5%, 30-lesson packs save 10%, and 40-lesson packs save 15%. Both online and in-person packs use the same discount structure.
